If you want to save space you can always have a For loop that takes care of the days and years.

what if the birthday is
February and the date is until 29,,how can you validate the date that we cannot choose the exceeding date?

It's good as a simple example but this technique will prevent any hooks after it from firing.

You seem to be missing a great deal of code here. On line 2 there's a closing bracket that has no opener...and it just gets worse from there. Do you have a functioning version of this concept? It's a good concept, just very incomplete.
